How The System Works

The hosted system receives orders directly from Zapier. Zapier sends a method, such as DPD/APC, COLLECTIONS, OV, or Box Builder, and the order is stored in the database.

The production screen opens on today's orders. Each tab shows orders for that method, with red number bubbles showing how many orders are still Not Started.

DPD/APC orders use the order date. New DPD/APC orders received after the cutoff are shown on the next working day. DPD/APC orders still Not Started when the cutoff passes are also moved to the next working day.

Collections and Box Builder orders use the order date and roll forward until they are completed. Collections marked Complete store the collection date and time.

OV orders normally use the required delivery date. Changing an order date or method in the production screen updates the database immediately.

Manual orders are created from the Create New Order screen. Their order numbers start from the configured manual order start number, then increase by one from the previous manual order only.

Backorders and Held orders are date-independent. Full backorders appear in Backorder, partial backorders appear in Partial Backorders, and held orders appear in Held until their status is changed.

Cancel Order permanently removes the order from the system, including its status, overrides, API request record, and email logs.
